Like a lot of the Ohana, I’m a typical “accidental Admin”. I don’t have an IT background, so I love how Salesforce grants me access to amazing functionality without having to write a single line of code.

Based in Bristol UK, I work as a full time Salesforce Administrator for an End User. I’m a certified Administrator and Platform App Builder and am working towards my Sales Cloud Consultant and Advanced Administrator certifications.
