Ankit Taneja Working as a Freelancer in Germany & german speaking regions for the past 7 years, I have worked on various Salesforce projects such as setting up newly purchased Salesforce orgs, developing mobile apps with offline capabilities for field technicians, publishing apps on the AppExchange, etc. My main expertise lies in customising & integrating Service Cloud with other systems, but I am also familiar with other facets of Salesforce. I am a traditionally trained programmer but also work as an Analyst / Administrator when need arises.
