The race is not over at the finish line! How to roll out a Salesforce Excellence Center in your organisation to drive adoption and assure continuous improvements after go live.

In the rush to go live of a project it is easy to forget that the race is not over at the finish line.
As a business user, you will understand what I mean. The stakeholders of the project (you, your managers, your colleagues, …) and maybe even a bunch of consultants have been spending a lot of their time in designing and building this new tool that will change the way you work. It’s all they talk about at the coffee machine.

And then it’s finally there the famous ‘Go Live Date’. You can finally start using your new shiny Salesforce environment. Even though it is new and a learning curve applies you are full of motivation and after a couple of days your list of ideas to improve is long.

But where to go with them? If you send them out to someone what will happen to them? Will the consultants understand my idea?

In this session, we will discuss how you can avoid that all of these good ideas and motivation from your business users are not followed up on and eventually get lost. We will see how implementing an internal Salesforce Excellence Center and Governance Strategy is key to drive adoption and builds strong business ownership of your Salesforce Org. All while your users are helping improve their own Salesforce environment! We’ll see tips and tricks from actual project experience.
